Hello! I’m Michelle. (And that adorable pup is Ellie!)
I am currently a Product Designer & Researcher on the Cross Product Experiences team at Workday.

I have always been intrigued by human behavior: Why do we behave the way we do? How do we make certain decisions? At first, I pursued this curiosity as a psychology major, and as an academic researcher in labs focusing on various topics ranging from mood and anxiety disorders to organizational behavior.
Nowadays, the curiosity remains the same but the field has slightly changed. The combination of all my experiences - from researching maternal mental health to designing platform wide solutions in enterprise software - has helped me cultivate a thoughtful, human-centered approach to even the most complex UX problems.
